10/8/2008: Registration Blocks
Remember to check ISIS to see if you have any registration blocks. If you do, please remedy the block situation and contact the office that issued the block. In most cases that is NOT the School of Nursing Registrar. If it is us, the block will be listed as a "School of Enrollment" block and typically that means one or more of the following: you did not submit your criminal background check, you did not complete Net Learning, or have more than one incomplete (IN) or no grade (NG).
10/1/2008: Intent to Graduate
Intent to Graduate Forms are due 10/1. ALL students intending to graduate Fall 08 must submit a form now & ALL undergraduate students (BSN and RN-BSN) intending to graduate Spring 09 must submit a form now. Remember: the name you use on the form is the name that will appear on your diploma. Also remember: Undergraduate students must attach a VISTAA to the form.
9/10/2008: Check ISIS
Remember to check ISIS to make sure you don't have any registration blocks, that you are currently enrolled in classes, and that you are properly enrolled in all classes! Also review your VISTAA and discuss any questions you have with your advisor.
NOTE: The School of Nursing Registrar is NOT able to provide degree verifications, enrollment verifications, or transcripts. The University Registrar provides these services. Further information can be found on the UVA Registrar's website (www.virginia.edu/registrar).
