School of Nursing Culture and Climate Survey Information

The UVA School of Nursing is seeking feedback from all students, faculty, and staff through the Leading Across Multidimensional Perspectives (LAMP) Culture and Climate Survey from the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN). This survey is part of a broader UVA Health effort to better understand how we are supporting the people who learn, teach, and work across our community and to identify opportunities to strengthen our learning and working environment.

Please check your school email on Wednesday, April 1, for the survey link. The LAMP survey is designed specifically for nursing education programs and gathers input from students, faculty, and administrators/staff to help improve nursing education, support professional development, and foster a supportive culture.

The survey takes approximately 12 minutes to complete, is available on mobile devices, and is anonymous, confidential, and voluntary. The AACN will collect responses and provide aggregated national results along with de-identified results for the School of Nursing to inform future planning and initiatives. The survey deadline is May 15, 2026.
