Biography

Katherine Willard completed her MSN in Community Health with a focus on Women's Health in 1993 at the University of Virginia School of Nursing. She has been a clinical instructor within the Department of Family, Community, and Mental Health Systems since 1997, teaching third-year and CNL nursing students.

Clinical Focus

Nursing background includes Obstetrical Nursing, Procedural Radiology, the Center for Organizational Development, and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.

Teaching Focus

Committed to developing a sensitive yet professional approach to the delivery of care for the expecting family promoting best practices in the care of mothers and the newborns.
