To print out a certificate from an educational activity you completed previously:

1. Browse to www.cmevillage.com 
2. Select "Learning Portal"
3. Select "Sign In" (look in the upper right corner for the "Sign In" link
4. Enter your email address and password. If you can't recall your password, select "Forgot Password"
5. Enable pop-ups for this site
6. Choose "Credit History & Past Certificate"
7. For the educational activity for which you need a certificate, select "Print Certificate"
8. Your certificate will be displayed.  Please either save it either as a .pdf or print it for your records
