Anne Weiland has extensive experience as an executive leader in major teaching and referral hospitals. Her leadership includes managing both clinical and administrative entities, performing financial analysis, fiscal oversight, and contract negotiation. Her business skills are superimposed on a sophisticated clinical practice background as a nurse practitioner specialized in the field of cardiothoracic surgery and cardiology.

Anne’s presentation will clarify roles of government regulatory agencies, discuss organ allocation policies, outline transplant reimbursement practices, and address up-to-date clinical options.
